Shipping Associate

Responsible for ensuring the proper protective packaging and accuracy of orders for distribution/shipment to our customer. Supports the Distribution Lead and/or Supervisor in the accurate, efficient, cost effective and timely distribution of branded print merchandise.

  • Read and fully understand the Job Traveler and/or Pick Ticket prior to beginning any packaging efforts
  • Verify shipment content (SKU match), quantity and product integrity
  • Packs product using best practices to prevent damage and ensure safe delivery to the end customer
  • Provide and demonstrate a working knowledge of small parcel shipping using UPS and FedEx as well as International
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the various shipping methods and documentation that must accompany those various methods
  • Works closely with Receiving Associates and Fulfillment Associates to coordinate efforts and timing for the most efficient workflow that meets logistic pickup windows
  • Willingness and ability to be cross trained in Fulfillment, Kitting and/or Receiving
  • Assists in any/all inventory cycle counts, quarterly, biannual or annual inventory efforts
  • Safely uses pallet jacks, hand carts, ladders and forklifts (only if licensed)

Fulfillment Associate

Responsible for ensuring the proper identification and picking/packing of company and customer owned goods. Demonstrates a very high level of accuracy and detail-oriented actions in the fulfillment of customer orders using RFSmart warehousing technology. Supports the Distribution Lead and/or Supervisor in the accurate, efficient, cost effective and timely Fulfillment of goods.

  • Read and fully understand the Pick Ticket and product descriptions
  • Locate product in the warehouse racking and use the RFSmart handheld technology to identify, validate and pull the required product/qty
  • Understand and use best practices to safely and securely package goods for shipment
  • Restock picking bins/locations as required as well as locating new product into the racking system
  • Assists in the put away/return of customer returned items
  • Maintains and/or practices product preservation techniques to reduce any inventory preservation concerns
  • Constantly maintains organization and cleanliness in picking bins to ensure proper SKU identification

Packaging Associate

Responsible for supporting print manufacturing in the efficient and accurate production of branded print merchandise that meets the quality standards of Powertex, as well as our customer. Works to properly inspect and package/finish printed products to standards.

  • Reviews the Print Production Schedule with the Packaging Lead, Print Assistant and/or Print Operator
  • Ensures the packaging area is fully stocked and universal supplies are on hand.  Job specific supplies are present and staged for efficient access/use
  • Supports the Packaging Lead to ensure subsequent projects known properly prepared for an efficient press changeover 
  • Read and fully understand the Job Traveler prior to beginning the packaging process to ensure accuracy 
  • Provide and demonstrate efficiency and attention to detail while catching, packaging, labeling and inspecting the quality of the print/garment 
  • Continuously inspects print quality.  Inspection to include but not limited to: fuzz or strings in image, print out of registration, pinholes, running out of ink or item defects
  • Must be willing and able to immediately bring quality concerns to the Packaging Lead, Print Assistant and/or Print Operator 
  • Ensures consistency in folding, bagging and labeling of garments.  Package presentation is important 
  • Accurately counts and/or scales work and seeks run count verification with the Press Assistant and/or Press Operator by Production Task  
  • Documents count once validated/confirmed on the appropriate paperwork and/or system 
  • Professionally communicates up and down stream of the Packaging Associate role to ensure the production line is always on the same page 
  • Reports maintenance related issues/concerns to the Packaging Lead so they can request service via MaintainX software 
  • Assists in routine preventative maintenance as outlined/required for the support machinery 
  • Plays a role in ensuring inventory levels for packaging supplies are maintained.  Alerts Packaging Lead when print supplies are at or near reorder levels 
  • Supports company Ethos in our daily work environment 
  • Maintain professionalism in all communication and actions when working with any individuals within or outside the company on behalf of the company 
  • Works to support the Packaging Lead and production line to ensure expectations of quality and efficiency are being met

                                              Receiving Associate

                                              Responsible for ensuring the proper verification and check in of company purchased or customer supplied product. Demonstrates a very high level of detail-oriented actions in the receipt of goods and/or notification of discrepancies. Supports the Distribution Lead and/or Supervisor in the accurate, efficient, cost effective and timely receipt of goods.

                                              • Read and fully understand the Purchase Order and/or packing slip prior to beginning the receipt process
                                              • Verify the incoming shipment content (SKU match), quantity and product integrity
                                              • Conducts count verification as required/specified
                                              • Documents upon receipt any concerns, quantity variance or integrity issue and immediately notify the source of the Purchase Order
                                              • Records and updates the receipt of goods in NetSuite
                                              • Properly and consistently identifies and labels incoming goods with the appropriate identifiers
                                              • Prepares product for distribution/shipping to Production for manufacturing
                                              • Pulls finished good product back from Production and properly accounts for and receives it to the appropriate bin or area for disposition

                                              Marketing Specialist

                                              We are seeking a skilled, creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves crafting compelling visual content for email campaigns, web banners, and social media platforms across multiple clients. Additionally, you will analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize client ROI.

                                              The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day marketing operations of the customers/accounts under their purview. Project management acumen and acting as a consummate professional in timely, accurate, and effective communication across the organization and with customers is essential for this position.

                                              Responsibilities Include:
                                              • Design visually appealing creative assets including web banners, email, social media, and PDFs ensuring they align with the brand guidelines for individual clients and effectively communicate the intended message.

                                                                                          E-Commerce Marketing Manager

                                                                                          As the E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end process of our client’s e-commerce sites, ensuring regulatory and security compliance, execution excellence, and strategic growth. You will be the primary liaison connecting sales, logistics, and creative teams to drive sales and allocate resources efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing RFP/RFQ processes and directly engaging with clients as needed.

                                                                                                                                      • Ensures the packaging area is fully stocked and universal supplies are on hand.  Job specific supplies are present and staged for efficient access/use
